Why we built the casino hotel this way

Plaquehouse.online started with a simple complaint: most resorts treat the rooms and the gaming hall as two separate businesses sharing a lobby. We wanted a casino hotel where the same team designed both, so a room and a blackjack table feel like they belong to the same trip.

Today the property runs 168 rooms, a 29-table gaming hall, and five restaurants and bars, all under one reservation. Every staff member, from the valet to the pit boss, is trained to think of themselves as part of one casino hotel, not a department.

We're small compared to the giants on the main strip, and that's on purpose. A compact casino hotel can still remember your name, still hold a table for you, still send up the right pillow without being asked twice.
